Capping over rotten timber with a plastic fascia will seal in the rot allowing it to spread.

We have carried out installations, which have been capped over before in the past. These installations often cost more to do than standard replacement jobs, because there is more material to take down and often we find that the 'rafter ends' have perished, this leads to additional carpentry work to make good the original rafter ends.

Made from PVCU, our fascias and soffits are colourfast, so they stay looking good year after year. Our PVCU roofing products are low maintenance, never need repainting and an occasional wipe clean with a damp cloth is all that is required.
